Savage Football Academy (SFA) collects parent and player details so we can run sessions, membership, development reports and communication. We do not sell this information.

When you register interest we use the name, email, phone and player details you provide to contact you about academy places. If you join the members app, staff may also hold photos, attendance, reports, video clips and Direct Debit status as needed to operate SFA.

Bank details are taken by GoCardless, not stored in this app. Access to player and parent records is limited to authorised academy staff, and parents see only their own children.

Player Wellness is optional. A parent or guardian enables check-ins per child. Responses about mood and physical demand are visible only to the linked family and Ed, and are removed after 15 July of the relevant season. Weekly activity schedules help plan training and remain until changed or deleted. Parents can withdraw and delete wellness records from the Player Wellness tab. Wellness records are excluded from downloadable member exports and automatic member backups. Optional height recording requires separate parental agreement. Height history is private to the linked family and Ed, remains across seasons while enrolled, and is deleted when the player is marked as having left SFA. Parents can edit or delete measurements and withdraw agreement sooner. Height records are also excluded from member exports and automatic member backups.
